2. The Service

Trade GSE provides real-time Ghana Stock Exchange (GSE) price tracking, AI-assisted market commentary, educational courses, and simulated paper trading. The service is provided for informational and educational purposes only.

3. Not Financial Advice

Nothing on Trade GSE constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice. All content — including AI-generated commentary, market summaries, and course material — is for educational purposes only.

You are solely responsible for any investment decisions you make. Trade GSE and its operators accept no liability for financial losses arising from use of this platform.

4. Paper Trading

The paper trading feature uses virtual currency only. No real money is involved, transferred, or held. Paper trading results do not guarantee or predict real market performance.

5. User Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password
• You must not share your account with others
• You must provide accurate information during registration
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

6. Acceptable Use

You must not:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to scrape, copy, or redistribute GSE data without permission
• Post false, misleading, or harmful content in comments or community features
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the service
• Impersonate another user or create multiple accounts to evade restrictions

7. Data Accuracy

GSE price data is sourced from the Ghana Stock Exchange API. We strive for accuracy but cannot guarantee real-time data is error-free. Do not rely on this data for live trading decisions.

8. Intellectual Property

All course content, platform design, and original written content on Trade GSE is the intellectual property of Alpha Gamma Reals. GSE market data belongs to the Ghana Stock Exchange.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trade GSE and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to financial losses.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Material changes will be notified by email.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Ghanaian courts.
